Mechanical Engineering and Plant Installation:
ETC provides Operations involved in the installation of Mechanical Works and fully conversant with associated supporting trades that may accompany the installation of the works.
The Scope of services cover most of the following below works:
- Installation of pressure-vessels, and associated process plant
- Installation of small reciprocating and centrifugal engines, turbines, pumps, generators, compressors, Shutdown Valves (SDVs) up to 24inch and electric motors up to 500 H.P.
- Structural steel erection and associated civil building works.
- Fabrication and installation of pipework.
- Associated painting, coating, and wrapping.
- Testing and commissioning of the forgoing installations

Surveying and Soil Investigation
ETC provides the scope of services include but not be limited to the following:
- Provision of necessary tools and equipment to execute the services, related manpower to carry out Topographic survey, slit trenching and Soil Investigation works and any other related works deemed necessary.
- Soil Investigation works Services by sinking designated number of boreholes, Surface, Field, Laboratory Investigations and Optional Soil Field and Laboratory tests and calculations and to carry out tests on concrete and asphalt and submission of report to the Client independently with his own necessary tools, equipment & plant and manpower without subcontracting.

Remediation Of Contaminated Soil And Underground Water
ETC provides groundwater sampling services to assess subsurface contamination and support site characterization. Representative groundwater samples are collected and analyzed to identify contaminant types, concentrations, and distribution, providing essential data for remediation planning and the selection of effective treatment solutions.
Scope of services include but not be limited to the following:
- Removal of free phase oil/LNAPL (Light Non-Aqueous Phase Liquids) where present.
- Treatment of free phase oil/LNAPL to standard which would be specified.
- Conveyance of treated free phase oil/LNAPL to nearest gathering center or other location as required.
- Removal of supernatant water (other than groundwater in pits).
- Transfer of supernatant water to the site of the nearest Company Effluent Water facility or other location as directed.
- Removal, treatment and disposal or re-use of materials present within contaminated features (e.g. Oil drums or other containers, wood, metal and other debris).
- Treatment of contaminated soil/sludge by appropriate remediation techniques (in-situ or ex-situ) to achieve Risk Based Clean-up Levels (RBCLs) specified.
- Temporary storage of treated soil/sludge prior to re-use as required.
- Backfilling of features with remediated soil/sludge.
- Site Preparation, Reclamation and restoration of remediated features to specification of ecological rehabilitation and providing aftercare services towards restored / reclaimed / revegetated sites to ensure sustained establishment of natural ecology.

Oily Sludge Treatment
ETC provides complete oily sludge treatment solutions for production, storage, and refinery operations. The treatment systems recover reusable oil, treat water for safe discharge, and process solids for compliant disposal or reuse, ensuring efficient resource recovery and environmentally responsible waste management.
